In order to provide welfare services and assistance to Diponegoro University (Undip) students, Undip provides assistance in the form of nutritious food for Undip students.

The opening of this activity was held on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at 11.00 WIB in the Joglo Student Center Building, Undip Tembalang Campus. Present at this opening were the Undip Rector, Vice Rectors, Deans of Faculties/Schools, officials in Undip, as well as Undip students.

Opening the event, Undip rector, Prof. Dr. Yos Johan Utama, S.H., M. Hum. revealed that this activity is one of Undip’s ways to provide welfare services to students. “This is a small step from Undip to improve the welfare of its students. We will test it first, Insyaallah, later we will increase the number of distribution places, add more days for the distribution of nutritious food, and the amount of nutritious food.” said Prof. Yos.

“This nutritious food is only for Undip students and I need your feedback. For example, if the food does not meet the standards, please contact me, give me your feedback. I’ll check it myself later.” added Prof. Yos.

In his report, Vice Rector I for Academic and Student Affairs, Prof. Faisal, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D. explained that this activity began on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 and will be carried out on Tuesday and Wednesday in two places, namely the Terrace of the FPIK Undip Hall and the Undip Student Center with a quota of 500 packs per day for each distribution.

“This activity also welcomes the 65th Anniversary of Diponegoro University. Hopefully in the next schedule we can increase the number of days, the number of distribution places, and the number of nutritious foods distributed.” explained Prof. Faisal.
