A Total of 2,353 Participants Took Part in the First Day of UTBK-SNBT 2023 at UNDIP

Implementation of the UTBK-SNBT (Computer-Based Writing Examination – Test-Based National Selection) is simultaneously held at all central UTBK state universities throughout Indonesia starting Monday (8/5). The implementation of UTBK-SNBT 2023 on the first day in Diponegoro University went smoothly. UTBK-SNBT 2023 will be held from May 8-14, 2023, and continued on May 22-25, 2023. In one day it is divided into 2 sessions, in the morning starting at 07.00 WIB and afternoon starting at 13.00 WIB. UTBK implementation at Undip takes place in several Faculties and other locations within the Undip Tembalang campus and Undip Pleburan campus.

Dr. Paramita Prananingtyas, SH., LLM as the Executive Coordinator UTBK UNDIP said that the total number of participants who took part in the UTBK-SNBT 2023 at the UTBK UNDIP Center was 25,522 participants. On the first day of UTBK implementation, Monday (8/5/2023), 1,171 participants in session 1 (morning) and 1,182 participants in session 2 (afternoon) attended UTBK at UNDIP. “The percentage of attendance of UTBK participants on the first day was 95.59% in session 1 (morning) and 96.49% in session 2 (afternoon). This means that the enthusiasm of graduates to take part in UTBK is so great,” said Mrs. Mita, her nickname. It was further explained that the participants did not have many problems finding the exam location because they had obtained information on the UTBK Center Web at the link: https://utbk.undip.ac.id/lokasi-utbk/.

“The participants were also present on time, and the traffic was not too congested because the road routes had been arranged so that there were no traffic jams which could result in delays for participants,” she continued. She also explained that Undip had made careful preparations to carry out the UTBK-SNBT 2023, including preparing 1,225 computers divided into the Pleburan campus and the Tembalang campus. UNDIP does not cooperate with third parties in preparing the computer. All rooms are air-conditioned and accessible for disabled participants. Access to the room is also very easy considering that UNDIP also facilitates UTBK information at UNDIP via https://utbk.undip.ac.id/. UNDIP also provides a comfortable place for participants to transit or wait for the test schedule. Before entering the test area, the participants are also required to go through metal detector security, according to the security procedures set by the Central Committee. Everything related to the smooth running of the test process has been carefully prepared, including workshops for supervisors and security officers, as well as coordination meetings which are held regularly by the UNDIP UTBK Committee.
